Al via il bonus asili nido di 1.000 euro erogato dall'INPS


L'INPS, con un comunicato di ieri 23 Maggio, ha dato il via al cosiddetto "bonus asilo", una delle agevolazioni previste dall'ultima Legge di Stabilità attuata da un decreto e destinata ai genitori di bambini sotto i 3 anni affetti da gravi patologie croniche per pagare l'asilo nido o forme di supporto alternative (1). Il bonus vale 1.000 euro annui, parametrati a 11 mensilità e viene erogato dall'INPS, a partire dall'anno 2017, per ogni figlio nato o adottato a decorrere dal 1 gennaio 2016. Per il 2017 le domande si potranno presentare a partire dal 17 Luglio fino al 31 Dicembre, attraverso una di queste modalità: telematicamente dal sito INPS alla pagina che sarà attivata sotto la voce "Servizi telematici" , tramite PIN dispositivo, Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale (SPID) o Carta Nazionale dei Servizi (CNS); tramite contact center Integrato, numero verde 803.164 (numero gratuito da rete fissa) o numero 06164.164 (numero da rete mobile con tariffazione a carico dell'utenza chiamante); tramite gli enti di Patronato, attraverso i servizi offerti dagli stessi. Il bonus può riguardare: il pagamento di rette relative alla frequenza di asili nido pubblici e privati; il pagamento in questo caso è mensile a fronte della presentazione da parte del genitore della documentazione di pagamento della retta; l'erogazione di contributi per l'introduzione di forme di supporto presso la propria abitazione in favore dei bambini al di sotto di tre anni impossibilitati a frequentare gli asili nido in quanto affetti da gravi patologie croniche. Anche in questo caso l'erogazione avviene direttamente al genitore dietro presentazione di un'attestazione rilasciata dal pediatra di libera scelta, sulla scorta di idonea documentazione, che attesti, per l'intero anno di riferimento, l'impossibilita' del bambino di frequentare gli asili nido in ragione di una grave patologia cronica. Lo possono richiedere genitori residenti in Italia e conviventi col figlio, che nel contempo sostengono la retta dell'asilo nido. L'erogazione avviene nei limiti delle disponibilità sancite dalla Legge (144 milioni di euro per l'anno 2017, 250 milioni di euro per l'anno 2018, 300 milioni di euro per l'anno 2019 e 330 milioni di euro annui a decorrere dal 2020). Il bonus non è cumulabile con le detrazioni di imposta delle rette degli asili nido (dalle dichiarazioni dei redditi) ma può invece essere fruito insieme ai voucher per le mamme lavoratrici. Se si tratta di quello che integra i pagamenti agli asili la sua fruizione non può avvenire però in mensilità coincidenti con quelle dei voucher.
