ENEA: AGGIORNATO IL PORTALE SU ECOBONUS E BONUS CASA


E' attivo e operativo dal 1 febbraio scorso, il portale aggiornato bonusfiscali.enea.it,  tramite il quale è possibile trasmettere all’ENEA i dati degli interventi di efficienza energetica e utilizzo delle fonti rinnovabili di energia con fine lavori nel 2022 e 2023 che accedono alle detrazioni fiscali relative all'Ecobonus (art. 14 del D.L. 63/2013) e al Bonus Casa (art. 16.bis del DPR 91/86). Per gli interventi con data di fine lavori compresa tra il 1° e il 31 gennaio 2023, spiega l'ENEA, il termine di 90 giorni per la trasmissione dei dati, decorre dalla data di messa online del sito, quindi il 1° febbraio 2023.  Quali sono i dati da inviare all'ENEA? attraverso la sezione Ecobonus, devono essere inviati i dati degli interventi di riqualificazioni energetica del patrimonio edilizio esistente (incentivi del 50%, 65%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%) e i dati degli interventi di bonus facciate limitatamente alle spese sostenute fino al 31/12/2022 quando comportano la riduzione della trasmittanza termica dell’involucro opaco (detrazione del 90% per le spese sostenute fino al 31/12/2021, del 60% per le spese sostenute dal 01/01/2022 al 31/12/2022); attraverso la sezione Bonus Casa, si possono inviare i dati degli interventi di risparmio energetico e utilizzo di fonti rinnovabili che usufruiscono delle detrazioni fiscali per le ristrutturazioni edilizie.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
