ZFU SISMA CENTRO ITALIA: IL MILLEPROROGHE ESTENDE L'ESONERO CONTRIBUTIVO AL 2024


L'articolo 17-ter del Decreto Milleproroghe (Dl n. 2015/2023), convertito con la legge n. 18/2024 dello scorso 23 febbraio, ha riconosciuto, anche per il 2024, l’esonero dal versamento dei contributi previdenziali e assistenziali, in seguito all’istituzione della Zona franca urbana per i Comuni del Centro Italia delle regioni Abruzzo, Lazio, Marche e Umbria colpiti dal sisma del 2016. Con Messaggio n. 927 del 4 marzo l'Inps fornisce istruzioni in merito alle modalità di fruizione dele agevolazioni.L'Istituto ricorda innanzitutto che l’Autorità competente in ordine alle modalità di concessione delle agevolazioni è il Ministero delle Imprese e del made in Italy.I destinatari dei provvedimenti di riconoscimento delle agevolazioni possono utilizzare il credito verso l’erario per i versamenti dei contributi obbligatori dovuti all’Istituto nei periodi di imposta ammissibili (dal 2017 al 2024).  Le agevolazioni possono essere fruite attraverso la riduzione dei versamenti, da effettuarsi con il modello di pagamento “F24”, da presentare esclusivamente attraverso i servizi telematici messi a disposizione dall’Agenzia delle Entrate (ENTRATEL e FISCONLINE).   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
