RICHIESTA PRECALCOLATE ISA 2025: DISPONIBILE IL SOFTWARE DI COMPILAZIONE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato il software per la compilazione della richiesta per l?"acquisizione massiva degli ulteriori dati relativi alle "Precalcolate Isa2025". Gli intermediari, quindi, potranno ora compilare le Comunicazioni di richiesta delle Precalcolate ISA 2025 relative ai dati aggiuntivi necessari per la corretta definizione delle Posizioni ISA 2025 dei propri assistiti e per la predisposizione della proposta di concordato preventivo biennale per i periodi d?"imposta 2025 e 2026, e predisporre il relativo file da trasmettere all?"Agenzia delle entrate. L?"acquisizione massiva degli ulteriori dati avviene con diverse modalità a seconda che gli intermediari siano in possesso o meno della delega alla consultazione del cassetto fiscale del contribuente. I primi trasmettono all?"Agenzia delle entrate, attraverso il servizio telematico Entratel, un file contenente l?"elenco dei contribuenti per cui risultano delegati alla consultazione del relativo cassetto fiscale e per i quali richiedono tali dati.Gli intermediari, invece, non in possesso di delega, dovranno acquisire le deleghe unitamente a copia di un documento di identità in corso di validità del delegante, in formato cartaceo o in formato elettronico. In caso di acquisizione in formato elettronico, la delega dovrà essere sottoscritta nel rispetto delle regole tecniche adottate ai sensi dell'articolo 71 del Codice dell?"Amministrazione Digitale. L?"acquisizione degli ulteriori dati, ricordiamo, può avvenire in modo “puntuale” per un singolo contribuente, attraverso la consultazione del “Cassetto fiscale”, all?"interno dell?"area riservata del sito internet dell?"Agenzia delle entrate, accessibile agli utenti abilitati al servizio Entratel o al servizio Fisconline. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
