REQUISITI DI ACCESSO AL CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO IN IPOTESI DI PIù ATTIVITà SVOLTE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate torna sui requisiti di accesso al Contributo a fondo perduto Covid-19 previsto dall'art. 25 del Dl n. 34/2020 (Decreto "Rilancio") e concesso a sostegno di imprese e lavoratori autonomi danneggiati economicamente dalle conseguenze dell'emergenza epidemiologica da Covid-19. Nella Risposta n. 478 del 16 ottobre, in particolare, fonrisce chiarimenti sulla determinazione dei requisiti di accesso al suddetto contributo in ipotesi di più attività svolte. L'Agenzia si rivolge ad una società costituita nel 1994 ed attiva nel fitto e gestione di immobili di proprietà che ha avviato, a novembre 2019, una nuova attività secondaria di gestione di una casa vacanze (colpita duramente dalla crisi conseguente alla pandemia da Covid-19) e che chiede se può beneficiare del contributo nella misura minima prevista, anche se l'attività avviata nel novembre 2019 è svolta come attività secondaria. Per rispondere l'Agenzia Entrate richiama la propria Circolare n. 22/E del 21 luglio 2020 nella quale ha chiarito che "un'impresa che ha come attività principale la locazione di immobili di proprietà - la cui data di inizio attività (o apertura della partita IVA) è antecedente al 31 dicembre 2018 - che ha intrapreso una nuova attività in un diverso settore, successivamente al 1° gennaio 2019, deve tener conto di tutte le attività esercitate ai fini della determinazione dei requisiti di accesso di cui ai commi 3 e 4 dell'articolo 25 del decreto rilancio". Dunque, nel caso di doppia attività svolta, nei requisiti per l'accesso al contributo a fondo perduto, si dovranno considerare tutti i risultati conseguiti. Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
