PRECOMPILATA: NUOVO CANALE TRA INPS E ENTRATE PER COMUNICARE I DATI DEI PRECETTORI DELL'ASSEGNO UNICO E UNIVERSALE


Con atto congiunto del 13 marzo, siglato dall'Inps e dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, sono state definite le modalità con cui l’Istituto dovrà comunicare all’Amministrazione finanziaria, ai fini della predisposizione della dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata, i dati relativi ai figli a carico per i quali è stato riconosciuto l’Assegno unico e universale (AUU). Per ciascun percettore dell’AUU al quale sia stata corrisposta almeno una mensilità della prestazione nel corso dell’anno solare di riferimento, analogamente alle informazioni indicate nel prospetto dei familiari a carico presente nella Certificazione Unica, l’Inps comunicherà esclusivamente: il codice fiscale del percettore dell’AUU; il codice fiscale dei figli a carico, minori di 21 anni per i quali è stato riconosciuto l’assegno; se disponibile, il codice fiscale dell’altro genitore. L’Istituto comunicherà inoltre il numero di mesi dell’anno per cui è stato versato l’assegno e la ripartizione percentuale tra i genitori in questi mesi. Le comunicazioni dovranno contenere esclusivamente i dati relativi ai soggetti per i quali l’Inps ha verificato la genitorialità nell’ANPR ovvero nel nucleo familiare indicato nella DSU. La percentuale di carico fiscale dei familiari corrisponde a quella dichiarata dai genitori nella DSU oppure, in assenza di ISEE, a quella indicata nella domanda per il riconoscimento dell’Assegno Unico e Universale. Per il 2023 non sono invece da comunicare all’Agenzia delle entrate i dati relativi ai soggetti per i quali la domanda di riconoscimento dell’AUU è presentata dallo stesso minore di ventuno anni, oppure dal tutore o dal genitore adottivo o affidatario. Il termine ultimo per la trasmissione delle comunicazioni è il 16 marzo dell’anno successivo all’anno d’imposta di riferimento. Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
