PRECOMPILATA: NUOVI CHIARIMENTI SUL CALCOLO DELLE DETRAZIONI


Nella sezione del sito dell'Agenzia delle Entrate dedicata alla dichiarazione precompilata è stata pubblicata una nuova Faq in tema di calcolo delle detrazioni degli oneri.In particolare, il contribuente chiede il motivo per cui, quando va a verificare l'esito della propria dichiarazione precompilata, nella quale sono riportati gli interessi relativi al mutuo ipotecario per l'acquisto dell'abitazione principale per i quali spetta la detrazione del 19%, la detrazione risulta minore del 19%. Le Entrate rispondono ricordando che il l'articolo 2 del Dl n. 216/2023, attuativo della legge delega di riforma fiscale, ha previsto che, nell'ipotesi di un contribuente con un reddito superiore a 50.000 euro, sull'ammontare della detrazione spettante per l'anno 2024, per gli oneri per cui è prevista una detrazione del 19% (escluso spese sanitarie), per le erogazioni liberali verso i partiti politici e per i premi assicurativi per eventi calamitosi, si applica una riduzione di 260 euro.
