PRECOMPILATA IVA 2024: DA OGGI GLI INVII


Al via la Precompilata Iva per circa 2,4 milioni di professionisti e imprese. Da oggi, 15 febbraio, è possibile modificare o integrare i dati, inviare la dichiarazione e versare l’eventuale imposta con addebito diretto sul proprio conto o, in alternativa, stampare il modello F24 precompilato e procedere al pagamento con le modalità ordinarie. Per visualizzare la dichiarazione annuale precompilata dall’Agenzia con i dati delle fatture elettroniche, delle comunicazioni delle operazioni transfrontaliere e dei corrispettivi telematici, occorre entrare con le proprie credenziali all’interno del portale “Fatture e corrispettivi” e accedere alla sezione dedicata ai documenti Iva precompilati in cui è presente la sezione “Dichiarazione annuale Iva”. Il servizio è disponibile per le imprese e i lavoratori autonomi che rientrano nella platea definita dai provvedimenti dell’8 luglio 2021 e del 12 gennaio 2023, ossia i soggetti passivi residenti e stabiliti in Italia che effettuano la liquidazione trimestrale, con esclusione di alcune categorie per le quali sono previsti regimi speciali ai fini Iva (come, per esempio, le agenzie di viaggio e i soggetti che operano nel settore dell’editoria). Tra questi rientrano anche i produttori agricoli e gli agriturismi. Le novità di quest'annoTra le novità della Precompilata Iva 2024 la possibilità di annullare la dichiarazione Iva trasmessa per errore o anche correggere le eventuali imprecisioni dei dati inseriti nella precompilata inviata, trasmettendo una dichiarazione correttiva o integrativa, sempre tramite applicativo web. Inoltre, i soggetti che nel 2023 si sono avvalsi dei registri predisposti dall’Agenzia troveranno anche i dati integrati nei registri Iva precompilati.Altre novità riguardano le operazioni effettuate dal 1° gennaio 2024: i destinatari dei documenti Iva precompilati e i loro intermediari potranno scaricare in forma massiva le bozze dei registri Iva mensili; i prospetti riepilogativi su base mensile e trimestrale; le bozze delle comunicazioni delle liquidazioni periodiche e la bozza della dichiarazione Iva annuale.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
