PERCENTUALE DI DETRAZIONE PER LAVORI CONDOMINIALI: CHIARIMENTI DALLE ENTRATE


Come noto, a meno di una nuova proroga, la detrazione per gli interventi di recupero del patrimonio edilizio e di riqualificazione energetica degli edifici scenderà, dal 1° gennaio 2025, dal 50% al 36%.Relativamente alle spese per i lavori sulle parti comuni degli edifici residenziali, l’agevolazione spetta con riferimento all’anno di effettuazione del bonifico da parte dell’amministrazione del condominio e non a quello in cui i singoli condòmini versano le proprie quote al condominio. Di conseguenza i condòmini, in caso di somme versate nel 2024 ma fatturate nel 2025, potranno usufruire della detrazione del 50% per i bonifici che l’amministratore del condominio effettuerà nel corso del 2024.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
