Ai fini della detrazione lo scontrino fiscale è equivalente alla fattura? Il chiarimento arriva dall'Agenzia delle Entrate, in una risposta fornita sulla rivista telematica FiscoOggi. Come noto, per poter richiedere il Bonus mobili ed elettrodomestici (art. 16, comma 2, DL n. 63/2013) è necessario conservare: i documenti che attestano il pagamento dei beni (ricevute bonifici, ricevute di avvenuta transazione per i pagamenti mediante carte di credito o di debito, documentazione di addebito sul conto corrente) le fatture di acquisto che specificano natura, qualità e quantità dei beni e dei servizi acquisiti. Lo scontrino fiscale, in particolare, ai fini della detrazione può essere equivalente alla fattura di acquisto solo se riporta il codice fiscale dell’acquirente e l’indicazione della natura, qualità e quantità dei beni acquistati.In mancanza del codice fiscale, si potrà ottenere la detrazione unicamente se lo scontrino, oltre a riportare i dati sopra riportati, è riconducibile al contribuente titolare della carta di debito o della carta di credito, in base alla corrispondenza con i dati del pagamento (esercente, importo, data e ora).
