ONLUS E ASD: FINO AL 10 APRILE LA PRESENTAZIONE DELLE DOMANDE PER IL 5 PER MILLE


Con Comunicato Stampa del 6 marzo scorso l'Agenzia delle Entrate ricorda che le Organizzazioni non lucrative di utilità sociale (Onlus) e Associazioni sportive dilettantistiche (Asd) possono presentare la domanda per accedere al 5 per mille 2024 fino al 10 aprile 2024.Le Onlus già presenti nell’elenco permanente per il 2024 e a le Asd già inserite nell’elenco permanente pubblicato dal Coni non dovranno invece fare nulla. Come e quanto presentare la domandaCome anticipato, le Onlus iscritte alla relativa Anagrafe devono presentare domanda all’Agenzia delle Entrate nella finestra temporale che va dal 6 marzo al 10 aprile 2024, così come le Associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, sia quelle di nuova costituzione che quelle che lo scorso anno non si sono iscritte o non possedevano i requisiti richiesti e non sono quindi già inserite nel relativo elenco permanente. Le prime devono inviare la richiesta tramite i servizi telematici dell’Agenzia, direttamente o tramite intermediario, mentre le Asd dovranno utilizzare l'applicativo disponibile sul sito del Coni, mediante collegamento con il sito dell’Agenzia delle Entrate, o sul sito della stessa Agenzia.Sia le Onlus che le Asd potranno accreditarsi anche dopo la scadenza del 10 aprile 2024 inviando la domanda entro il 30 settembre 2024 e versando un importo pari a 250 euro (con F24 Elide; codice tributo 8115). Elenchi provvisori e definitiviL’Agenzia delle Entrate, entro il 20 aprile 2024, pubblicherà gli elenchi provvisori delle Onlus iscritte e il Coni quelli delle Associazioni sportive dilettantistiche. Le correzioni di eventuali errori potranno essere richieste entro il 30 aprile 2024 dal legale rappresentante del soggetto richiedente o da un suo incaricato in possesso di delega - alla Direzione regionale dell’Agenzia delle Entrate o all’Ufficio del Coni territorialmente competenti. Gli elenchi definitivi saranno invece pubblicati entro il 10 maggio. Come previsto dal DPCM 23 luglio 2020, spiegano ancora le Entrate, per la presentazione dell’istanza di accreditamento al contributo, gli altri enti beneficiari si devono rivolgere alle amministrazioni competenti, in particolare: gli enti del Terzo settore devono presentare la domanda al Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali; gli enti della Ricerca scientifica al Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca; gli enti della ricerca sanitaria al Ministero della Salute.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
