NUOVI CODICI TRIBUTO PER L'IMPOSTA DI SUCCESSIONE


La Risoluzione n. 2/E del 10 gennaio dell'Agenzia delle Entrate introduce nuovi codici tributo, e ne rinomina altri già esistenti, per il versamento delle somme dovute in relazione alla dichiarazione di successione, in seguito alle modifiche al Testo Unico (TUS) delle disposizioni sull'imposta sulle successioni e donazioni, apportate dal Decreto Legislativo 18 settembre 2024, n. 139. Dovranno essere utilizzati per il versamento, com modello F24, delle imposte, delle sanzioni da ravvedimento e delle somme dovute a seguito degli avvisi di liquidazione emessi dagli uffici. Le modifiche si applicano alle dichiarazioni di successione aperte dal 1° gennaio 2025.I contribuenti devono autoliquidare l'imposta e versarla entro 90 giorni dalla presentazione della dichiarazione. In caso risulti dovuta una maggiore imposta, l?"ufficio notifica apposito avviso di liquidazione entro due anni dalla data di presentazione della dichiarazione della successione, con l?"invito a effettuare il pagamento entro 60 giorni.È possibile il pagamento rateale: almeno il 20% dell'importo entro il termine stabilito e il resto in 8 o 12 rate trimestrali, se l'importo supera 20.000 euro. Questi i nuovi codici tributo per il modello F24: Codice "1539" per l'imposta autoliquidata; Codice "1635" per gli interessi sul pagamento rateale; Codice "1549" per la sanzione da ravvedimento. Altri codici sono stati ridenominati per uniformità. Questi i codici tributo per il versamento a seguito degli avvisi di liquidazione: Codice "A139" per sanzioni su avvisi di liquidazione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
