NOIPA - ON LINE LA PRIMA APP UFFICIALE PENSATA PER I DIPENDENTI PUBBLICI


Con un comunicato del 21 febbraio 2019, il Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze ha reso noto che è stata rilasciata la prima App ufficiale di NoiPA, per la gestione dei servizi di natura giuridico-economico della Pubblica Amministrazione erogati a oltre due milioni di dipendenti pubblici. La nuova funzionalità, gestita dal Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, consentirà di visualizzare in PDF e scaricare il cedolino stipendiale direttamente sul proprio smartphone. La prima applicazione ufficiale di NoiPA nasce per semplificare e velocizzare la consultazione e l'uso di alcuni servizi digitali del sistema attraverso il proprio dispositivo mobile. L'App "NoiPA", sviluppata dalla Direzione dei Sistemi Informativi e dell'Innovazione (DSII) del Dipartimento dell'amministrazione generale, del personale e dei servizi (DAG) del Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze, è disponibile gratuitamente su Google Play e su App Store, nella categoria "Finanza". E' possibile scaricare l'App per la consultazione e l'utilizzo dei servizi NoiPA direttamente sullo smartphone ed accedere con le medesime credenziali di accesso con cui normalmente si accede al portale NoiPA. L'App dispone di quattro funzioni principali: - Cedolini: per la consultazione e lo scarico delle buste paga; - Certificazioni Uniche: per il prelievo della CU; - Notizie del portale NoiPA; - Assistenza per le funzioni disponibili. L'App ufficiale "NoiPA" - si legge nel comunicato - a differenza di altre applicazioni non autorizzate, già disponibili in rete o distribuite presso market online, garantisce la completa sicurezza delle informazioni trasmesse e la privacy di ogni utente. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
