MARCHI - POSSIBILE IL DEPOSITO ONLINE CON LA PROCEDURA RAPIDA DENOMINATA "FAST TRACK"


Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico, con un comunicato stampa del 26 febbraio 2019, ha reso noto che dal 26 febbraio chi deposita una domanda di marchio tramite il portale on line https://servizionline.uibm.gov.it potrà optare per una procedura rapida denominata "fast track". Il nuovo procedimento è opzionale ma rispetto alla modalità tradizionale ha essenzialmente due vantaggi: - la pubblicazione della domanda in tempi notevolmente ridotti; - la riduzione della possibilità di errori nelle domande, con conseguente accelerazione dei tempi. In sintesi seguendo l'iter normale, tra deposito e pubblicazione della domanda di marchio intercorrono circa 180 giorni (sei mesi) mentre con la procedura "fast track" circa 120 giorni (4 mesi). Per accedere alla procedura "fast track" il richiedente dovrà semplicemente selezionare i prodotti e i servizi inclusi nell'elenco della Classificazione Internazionale di Nizza e pagare contestualmente all'invio della domanda (PagoPa).   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
