ISA 2025: APPROVATI MODELLI, ISTRUZIONI E SPECIFICHE TECNICHE PER L'INVIO


Con Provvedimento del 17 marzo l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato i 172 modelli, con relative istruzioni, per la comunicazione dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell?"applicazione degli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (ISA), da utilizzare per il periodo di imposta 2024.I modelli devono essere presentati dai contribuenti che nel periodo d?"imposta 2024 hanno esercitato, in via prevalente, una delle attività economiche del settore dell?"agricoltura, delle manifatture, dei servizi, delle attività professionali e del commercio per le quali risultano approvati gli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale indicati nella Tabella 1 allegata alle Istruzioni Parte Generale e che sono tenuti all?"applicazione degli stessi.Devono inoltre essere presentati dai contribuenti che, anche se esclusi dall?"applicazione degli indici, sono comunque tenuti alla presentazione dei modelli, in quanto: esercitano due o più attività di impresa, non rientranti nel medesimo indice sintetico di affidabilità fiscale, qualora l?"importo dei ricavi dichiarati relativi alle attività non rientranti tra quelle prese in considerazione dall?"indice sintetico di affidabilità fiscale, relativo all?"attività prevalente, superi il 30 per cento dell?"ammontare totale dei ricavi dichiarati; svolgono attività d?"impresa, arte o professione e partecipano a un gruppo IVA di cui al Titolo V-bis del DPR n. 633/1972. Il Provvedimento, inoltre, al solo fine di acquisire le informazioni utili alla elaborazione dei relativi Isa, prevede la compilazione del modello per le società tra professionisti e le società tra avvocati, le cui attività sono classificate sotto determinati codici.Ai fini della semplificazione del relativo adempimento dichiarativo, i contribuenti che utilizzano l?"applicativo RedditiOnLine possono effettuare, sulla base della corrispondenza dei dati  contabili presenti nel modello Redditi 2025 e gli omologhi dati richiesti nei modelli Isa 2025, l?"importazione nel software per l?"applicazione degli Isa dei dati indicati nei modelli di dichiarazione dei redditi per il periodo d?"imposta 2024, utilizzando l?"apposita funzionalità informatica. Infine, con Provvedimento pubblicato nella stessa giornata, l'Agenzia Entrate ha approvato le specifiche tecniche e dei controlli per la trasmissione telematica dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell?"applicazione degli ISA da dichiarare con i modelli REDDITI 2025.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
