IN VIGORE IL 'DECRETO ANZIANI'


E' approdato in Gazzetta ufficiale (n. 65 del 18 marzo) il decreto con disposizioni in materia di politiche in favore delle persone anziane, in attuazione della delega di cui agli articoli 3, 4 e 5 della Legge 23 marzo 2023, n. 33. Il decreto, in linea generale, contiene misure volte a promuovere la dignità e l'autonomia, l'inclusione sociale, l'invecchiamento attivo e la prevenzione della fragilità della popolazione anziana, anche attraverso l'accesso alla valutazione multidimensionale unificata, a strumenti di sanità preventiva e di telemedicina a domicilio, il contrasto all'isolamento e alla deprivazione relazionale e affettiva, la coabitazione solidale domiciliare per le persone anziane (senior cohousing) e la coabitazione intergenerazionale (cohousing intergenerazionale), lo sviluppo di forme di turismo del benessere e di turismo lento, nonché volte a riordinare, semplificare, coordinare e rendere più efficaci le attività di assistenza sociale, sanitaria e sociosanitaria per le persone anziane non autosufficienti, anche attraverso il coordinamento e il riordino delle risorse disponibili, e ad assicurare la sostenibilità economica e la flessibilità dei servizi di cura e assistenza a lungo termine per le persone anziane e per le persone anziane non autosufficienti.   Il Capo II (Art. da 34 a 42), in particolare, contiene disposizioni in materia di prestazione universale, agevolazioni contributive, fiscali e caregiver familiari. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
