IN SCADENZA L'ACCONTO DELLA NUOVA "SUPER IMU"


Il 16 giugno 2020 scade il termine per versare il primo acconto di IMU per l'anno di imposta 2020. La Legge di Bilancio 2020 ha stabilito che a decorrere dall'anno in corso, l'imposta unica comunale (c.d. IUC) è abolita, ad eccezione delle disposizioni relative alla tassa sui rifiuti (TARI). La IUC, meglio conosciuta come IMU è ora accorpata alla TASI, Tassa sui servizi indivisibili. La nuova IMU si applica in tutti i comuni del territorio nazionale, ferma restando per la regione Friuli Venezia Giulia e per le province autonome di Trento e di Bolzano l'autonomia impositiva prevista dai rispettivi statuti. La grossa novità riguarda il fatto che dall'anno 2020 i detentori degli immobili non saranno più tenuti al versamento della TASI che era, invece, dovuta fino al 2019 sia dal titolare del diritto reale sull'immobile che dall'occupante; nel caso di immobile in affitto la TASI era dovuta infatti sia dal locatore che dal conduttore. La disciplina dell'IMU è in continuità con la normativa precedente. Il presupposto dell'IMU è il possesso di immobili. Il possesso dell'abitazione principale o assimilata non costituisce, come già previsto in precedenza, presupposto dell'imposta, salvo che si tratti di un'unità abitativa classificata nelle categorie catastali A/1, A/8 o A/9.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
