IN GU IL REGOLAMENTO PER IL SOSTEGNO ALLA CAPITALIZZAZIONE DELLE PMI


E' stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 80 del 5 aprile  il Decreto MIMIT di adozione del regolamento per la capitalizzazione delle micro, piccole e medie imprese che intendono realizzare un programma di investimento, in attuazione di quanto disposto dall'articolo 21, comma 3, del DL n. 34/2019. Il Decreto, finalizzato all'incentivazione dei processi di capitalizzazione delle PMI tramite l'incremento dell'ammontare del contributo a fronte di investimenti previsti dal decreto 22/4/2022, definisce i requisiti, le condizioni e le modalità per l'accesso delle PMI al contributo, nonché i motivi di revoca del contributo stesso.   In particolare, beneficiare delle agevolazioni sono le PMI che, alla data di presentazione della domanda, risultino in possesso dei requisiti di cui all'articolo 7 del decreto 22/4/2022 e dei seguenti ulteriori requisiti:  siano costituite in forma di societa di capitali; non annoverino, tra gli amministratori o i soci, persone condannate con sentenza definitiva o decreto penale di condanna divenuto irrevocabile o sentenza di applicazione della pena su richiesta ai sensi dell'articolo 444 del codice di procedura penale, per il reato di cui all'art. 2632 codice civile. Sono, invece, escluse dalle agevolazioni del Decreto le PMI nei cui confronti sia verificata l'esistenza di una causa ostativa ai sensi della disciplina antimafia di cui al decreto legislativo 6 settembre 2011, n. 159.  Con apposito provvedimento, da emanarsi entro il 1° luglio 2024, il Ministero: fornirà le istruzioni necessarie per la fruizione delle agevolazioni e definisce gli schemi di domanda e di dichiarazione; fornirà l'ulteriore documentazione che l'impresa è tenuta a presentare per poter beneficiare delle agevolazioni previste dal presente decreto; individuerà il termine iniziale per la richiesta dei finanziamenti e dei contributi.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
