IN CRESCITA IL MERCATO IMMOBILIARE NON RESIDENZIALE: DATI OMI


Sul sito internet dell'Agenzia delle Entrate è stato pubblicato il Rapporto immobiliare non residenziale 2020, a cura dell'OMI e dedicato alle compravendite di unità immobiliari di tipo produttivo, terziario e commerciale. Anche nel 2019 i settori del mercato non residenziale risultano complessivamente in espansione, confermando un trend positivo in atto dal 2014. La pubblicazione fornisce annualmente i dati di consuntivo del mercato italiano degli immobili non residenziali, attraverso l'analisi territoriale dello stock, dei volumi di compravendita e delle quotazioni delle tipologie immobiliari negozi, uffici e capannoni, che rappresentano con maggior significatività il mercato immobiliare commerciale, terziario e produttivo. Il Rapporto si sviluppa in sei capitoli. Nel primo è offerta una panoramica del mercato nazionale degli immobili non residenziali. I successivi tre capitoli sono dedicati, rispettivamente, ai principali risultati dell'analisi dei mercati immobiliari relativamente agli uffici, ai negozi e al settore produttivo, in termini di volumi di compravendite realizzate nel 2019, di intensità di mercato e livello delle quotazioni immobiliari medie per regione, area territoriale e nelle maggiori città italiane. Nel quinto capitolo sono analizzati alcuni indici territoriali concernenti le quotazioni medie e l'intensità di mercato (IMI), mentre nel sesto capitolo è proposta una stima del valore di scambio per le destinazioni d'uso sopra indicate. Assente, causa condizioni di lavoro generate dalla pandemia del COVID-19 che non hanno consentito di coordinarsi per tempo con l'Associazione nazionale delle società di leasing (ASSILEA), l'analisi delle dinamiche del leasing immobiliare.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
