IL VERSAMENTO DEL SALDO IVA ANNUALE 2023


L’IVA dovuta in base alla dichiarazione annuale del periodo d’imposta 2022 deve essere versata entro lunedì 18 marzo 2024 (il 16 cade di sabato). È possibile rateizzare la somma dovuta in rate di pari importo di cui: la prima deve essere versata entro il 18 marzo; quelle successive devono essere versate entro il giorno 16 di ciascun mese di scadenza (16 aprile, 16 maggio, e così via); a seguito delle novità introdotte dal c.d. “Decreto Semplificazione adempimenti tributari” la rateizzazione deve essere completata entro il 16 dicembre. Sull’importo delle rate successive alla prima è dovuto l’interesse fisso di rateizzazione pari allo 0,33% mensile (pertanto la seconda rata deve essere aumentata dello 0,33%, la terza rata dell’0,66%, la quarta dell’0,99% e così via). Il versamento può anche essere differito alla scadenza prevista per il versamento delle somme dovute in base al Modello Redditi, con la maggiorazione dello 0,40% a titolo d’interesse per ogni mese o frazione di mese successivo al 18 marzo. Ne consegue che il versamento del saldo IVA 2023 potrà essere effettuato entro: il 18 marzo 2024, senza maggiorazione; il 1° luglio 2024 (il 30 giugno cade di domenica) maggiorando la somma da versare degli interessi nella misura dello 0,40% per ogni mese o frazione di mese successivi al termine di pagamento del saldo dovuto con riferimento alla dichiarazione dei redditi; il 31 luglio 2024 maggiorando le somme da versare al 1° luglio dello 0,40%, a titolo di interesse corrispettivo. In tutti i casi il versamento va effettuato utilizzando il modello F24, esclusivamente in modalità telematica, con il codice tributo 6099 – IVA annuale saldo.

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
