"IL SISTEMA DELLA PUBBLICITà IMMOBILIARE": NUOVA PUBBLICAZIONE DELL'AGENZIA DELLE ENTRATE


Come fare per richiedere un'ispezione ipotecaria su un immobile o ottenere delle certificazioni? Le risposte a queste e altre domande in tema di pubblicità immobiliare le trovate nella nuova guida dell'Agenzia delle Entrate "Il sistema della pubblicità immobiliare", che da quest'anno si affianca alla ormai consueta pubblicazione "Il sistema catastale", disponibile nella sezione "Guide, pubblicazioni e riviste" del sito dell'Agenzia. La pubblicità immobiliare è una forma di pubblicità giuridica con cui si rendono pubblicamente conoscibili gli atti con i quali si trasferisce la proprietà o si costituiscono, modificano od estinguono i diritti reali su beni immobili e si realizza attraverso la tenuta e l'aggiornamento dei registri immobiliari, la cui consultazione permette di risalire alla titolarità di un determinato bene ed alla eventuale presenza di pesi o vincoli che, in vario modo, ne limitano il godimento. La pubblicazione "Il Sistema della Pubblicità Immobiliare" illustra quindi le principali caratteristiche del settore della conservatoria dei Registri immobiliari ed è suddivisa in 4 principali sezioni: Il fondamento del sistema; Il sistema della pubblicità immobiliare; L'aggiornamento dei registri immobiliari; Consultazioni dei registri immobiliari: ispezioni e certificazioni. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
