IL CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO BIENNALE: LETTERA DEL PROFESSIONISTA ALLA CLIENTELA


Il Consiglio dei Ministri nella seduta del 25 gennaio 2024 ha approvato in via definitiva il decreto attuativo della legge delega fiscale (Legge n. 111/2023) che contiene disposizioni in materia di accertamento tributario e di concordato preventivo biennale. Il fine di tali norme è quello di favorire la razionalizzazione e la partecipazione del contribuente al procedimento accertativo.Il D.Lgs. 12 febbraio 2024, n. 13, è stato pubblicato in G.U. 21 febbraio 2024, n. 43 ed entra in vigore il 22 febbraio 2024. Possono accedere al concordato preventivo biennale i contribuenti di minori dimensioni, titolari di reddito di impresa e di lavoro autonomo, residenti nel territorio dello Stato.L’Agenzia Entrate formulerà una proposta per la definizione biennale del reddito derivante dall’esercizio d’impresa, o dall’esercizio di arti e professioni, rilevante ai fini delle imposte sui redditi e del valore della produzione netta rilevante ai fini dell’imposta regionale sulle attività produttive.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
