I TERMINI PER L?"ADESIONE AL REGIME OSS (ONE STOP SHOP)


Il regime speciale dello sportello unico (One Stop Shop – OSS) è un regime che consente ai soggetti passivi che forniscono servizi o cedono beni a consumatori dell’UE di dichiarare e pagare l’IVA in un unico Stato membro, quello dove sono identificati. Lo Stato di identificazione provvederà poi alla ripartizione degli importi agli Stati UE interessati. Il regime OSS può configurarsi, secondo i casi, quale “OSS UE” o “OSS non UE”. L’adesione al regime OSS deve essere attivata con apposita registrazione telematica. Generalmente, gli effetti della registrazione decorrono dal primo giorno del trimestre civile seguente quello in cui il soggetto passivo comunica allo Stato membro di identificazione l’intenzione di iniziare ad avvalersi del regime. Pertanto, per avvalersi del regime nel quarto trimestre 2023 la registrazione dovrà essere effettuata entro il 30 settembre 2023. Possono tuttavia verificarsi casi in cui il soggetto passivo cominci ad effettuare prestazioni rientranti nell’ambito del regime prima di tale data. In questo caso, il regime prende inizio dalla data della prima prestazione, a condizione che il soggetto passivo abbia comunicato allo Stato membro di identificazione di avere avviato attività rientranti nel regime entro il decimo giorno del mese successivo a quello della prima prestazione. Attenzione però perché qualora il soggetto passivo non rispetti tale termine, sarà tenuto a registrarsi e a dichiarare l’IVA nello Stato membro del destinatario.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
