GLI ADEMPIMENTI FISCALI PROROGATI E IN SCADENZA AL 30 GIUGNO


Per effetto dei vari Decreti Legge che si sono susseguiti negli ultimi mesi a causa dell'emergenza epidemiologica che ha colpito il mondo, nel nostro Paese, la maggior parte degli adempimenti fiscali che scadevano tra l'8 marzo ed il 31 maggio 2020 sono stati prorogati al 30 giugno 2020. L'art. 62 del Decreto "Cura Italia" hai infatti previsto la proroga al 30 giugno degli adempimenti fiscali scadenti fra l'8 marzo e il 31 maggio 2020. Tra gli adempimenti sospesi, che dovranno quindi ora essere effettuati entro il 30 giugno 2020, rientrano: la presentazione della dichiarazione annuale IVA; la presentazione del modello IVA TR per il rimborso e le compensazione del credito relativo al I trimestre 2020; la comunicazione liquidazione periodica IVA (LIPE) del primo trimestre 2020; l'esterometro del primo trimestre 2020; la presentazione del modello EAS (comunicazione dati rilevanti enti associativi); l'invio del modello INTRA; la trasmissione telematica dei dati relativi alla verifica periodica dei misuratori fiscali; la richiesta ed effettuazione delle verificazioni periodiche degli Apparecchi misuratori fiscali e dei Registratori telematici e Server-RT. Il contribuente ha comunque avuto sempre la possibilità di effettuare gli adempimenti nei termini originari. In vista dell'avvicinarsi della scadenza "generale" è quindi opportuno organizzarsi al meglio per scongiurare il rischio di qualche dimenticanza.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
