FATTURAZIONE ELETTRONICA: L'UNGDCEC CHIEDE UNA "RIMODULAZIONE" DELLE SCADENZE DEL 28 FEBBRAIO


Con un Comunicato Stampa del 6 febbraio 2019 l'Unione Giovani Dottori Commercialisti ed Esperti Contabili (UNGDCEC) ha affermato che l'introduzione della fatturazione elettronica non ha portato per ora, come dovrebbe accadere, un alleggerimento degli adempimenti posti a carico di professionisti ed imprese. "Non è troppo tardi però per prevedere alcuni interventi correttivi in grado di migliorare questo difficile start-up", ha dichiarato Daniele Virgillito, Presidente dell'UNGDCEC. Proprio per questo motivo l'UNGDCEC ha chiesto una rimodulazione delle scadenze previste per il 28 febbraio 2019 proponendo, al fine di ridurre tutti quegli adempimenti che comporteranno invii di dati: l'eliminazione o quanto meno la semplificazione del cosiddetto "esterometro", o, nella peggiore alternativa, termini di scadenza semestrali con prima scadenza al 30 settembre 2019, e non mensili come ora previsti; la traslazione della scadenza ultima dell'invio dello spesometro relativo al II semestre 2018 al 31.03.2019; l'eliminazione delle comunicazioni periodiche Iva trimestrali; l'eliminazione del periodo, previsto dall' art. 14 del DL 23.10.2018 n. 119, che impedisce, per le operazioni a cavallo d'anno, di detrarre l'IVA per i documenti di acquisto ricevuti e annotati entro il 15 del mese successivo a quello di effettuazione dell'operazione.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
