TAX CREDIT ENERGIA E GAS: PRONTI I CODICI TRIBUTO PER I CESSIONARI


Sono 5 i codici tributo che l'Agenzia entrate ha istituito con Risoluzione n. 73/E del 13 dicembre 2022 al fine di permettere la fruizione, da parte dei cessionari, dei crediti d’imposta per l’acquisto di gas ed energia relativi ai mesi di ottobre e novembre 2022 e carburante del quarto trimestre 2022. Si tratta, in particolare, dei seguenti codici tributo: 7733 denominato “CESSIONE CREDITO - credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese energivore (ottobre e novembre 2022) – art. 1, c. 1, del decreto-legge 23 settembre 2022, n. 144”; 7734 denominato “CESSIONE CREDITO - credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese a forte consumo gas naturale (ottobre e novembre 2022) – art. 1, c. 2, del decreto-legge 23 settembre 2022, n. 144”; 7735 denominato “CESSIONE CREDITO - credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese non energivore (ottobre e novembre 2022) – art. 1, c. 3, del decreto- legge 23 settembre 2022, n. 144”; 7736 denominato “CESSIONE CREDITO - credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese diverse da quelle a forte consumo gas naturale (ottobre e novembre 2022) – art. 1, c. 4, del decreto-legge 23 settembre 2022, n. 144”; 7737 denominato “CESSIONE CREDITO - credito d’imposta per l’acquisto di carburanti per l’esercizio dell’attività agricola e della pesca (quarto trimestre 2022) – art. 2 del decreto-legge 23 settembre 2022, n. 144”. utilizzabili in compensazione, tramite modello F24, dai soggetti che hanno ricevuto il credito d’imposta da parte delle imprese beneficiarie. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
