IMPOSTA DI SOGGIORNO 2025: DICHIARAZIONE TELEMATICA ENTRO IL 30 GIUGNO


Scade il prossimo 30 giugno il termine per la presentazione della dichiarazione dell?"imposta di soggiorno relativa al 2025 da parte dei gestori delle strutture ricettive e dei locatori brevi. L?"imposta di soggiorno è un tributo locale applicato ai soggetti che pernottano in strutture ricettive situate in un Comune che abbia istituito l?"imposta. Il prelievo riguarda i turisti che soggiornano in un Comune diverso da quello di residenza e si applica secondo le regole stabilite dai singoli enti locali. Gestori responsabili del versamento e degli adempimenti La normativa prevede che siano i gestori delle strutture ricettive i soggetti responsabili del versamento dell?"imposta di soggiorno, ai sensi dell?"art. 4, comma 1, del D.lgs. n. 23/2011.I gestori sono tenuti non solo alla riscossione e al versamento del tributo, ma anche alla presentazione della dichiarazione, con diritto di rivalsa sui soggetti che pernottano, oltre agli ulteriori adempimenti previsti dalla legge e dai regolamenti comunali. La dichiarazione relativa all'anno 2025 deve essere presentata cumulativamente ed esclusivamente in via telematica entro il 30 giugno.L?"invio può essere effettuato direttamente dal gestore oppure tramite un intermediario abilitato, utilizzando i servizi telematici dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate (area riservata o canali Entratel e Fisconline).

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
