BONUS ENERGIA E GAS MESE DI DICEMBRE: NUOVI CODICI TRIBUTO DA INDICARE IN F24


L’articolo 1, comma 2 del Dl n. 176/2022 ha esteso il credito d’imposta contro il caro energia anche alle spese sostenute nel mese di dicembre 2022. Il successivo comma 2 ha inoltre esteso il credito d'imposta all’energia elettrica prodotta e autoconsumata, sempre relativa allo stesso mese. Con Risoluzione n. 72/E del 12 dicembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha istituito i codici tributo per l’utilizzo, tramite modello F24, dei suddetti crediti d’imposta in favore delle imprese a parziale compensazione dei maggiori oneri sostenuti per l’acquisto di energia elettrica e gas naturale nel mese di dicembre 2022. Si tratta di 4 codici tributo, per consentire l’utilizzo in compensazione dei suddetti crediti d’imposta da parte delle imprese beneficiarie, tramite modello F24, da presentare esclusivamente attraverso i servizi telematici messi a disposizione dalla stessa Agenzia. Li elenchiamo di seguito: 6993 denominato “credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese energivore (dicembre 2022) – art. 1, del decreto-legge 18 novembre 2022, n. 176”; 6994 denominato “credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese a forte consumo gas naturale (dicembre 2022) – art. 1, del decreto-legge 18 novembre 2022, n. 176”; 6995 denominato “credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese non energivore (dicembre 2022) – art. 1, del decreto-legge 18 novembre 2022, n. 176”; 6996 denominato “credito d’imposta a favore delle imprese diverse da quelle a forte consumo gas naturale (dicembre 2022) – art. 1, del decreto- legge 18 novembre 2022, n. 176”. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
