BONUS EDILIZI: IN SCADENZA IL TERMINE PER LA COMUNICAZIONE DELLE OPZIONI PER LE SPESE 2021


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ricorda che, entro il 15 ottobre, i beneficiari dei crediti d’imposta per le ristrutturazioni edilizie dovranno trasmettere alla stessa Agenzia la comunicazione di opzione per lo sconto in fattura o la cessione del credito, utilizzando il modello con relative istruzioni disponibile sul proprio sito internet, relativamente alle spese sostenute nel 2021 o alle rate residue delle spese del 2020. Nel modello i beneficiari dovranno indicare l’importo del credito ceduto o del contributo sotto forma di sconto, pari alla detrazione spettante.  La comunicazione dell'opzione dovrà essere inviata, direttamente dall'interessato o da un intermediario incaricato, attraverso la procedura web disponibile nell’area riservata del sito internet dell’Agenzia delle entrate oppure tramite i canali telematici dell’Agenzia. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
