VIA LIBERA DAL SENATO AL DECRETO AIUTI-BIS: C'è INTESA SULL'EMENDAMENTO AL SUPERBONUS


Nella giornata di martedì 13 settembre l'Assemblea del Senato, con 182 voti favorevoli, nessun voto contrario e 21 astensioni, ha approvato con modifiche il ddl n. 2685, di conversione del decreto-legge n. 115, recante misure urgenti in materia di energia, emergenza idrica, politiche sociali e industriali. Il testo passa ora all'esame della Camera (Decreto Aiuti-bis). Tra le novità, oltre all'estensione dello smart working a fine anno, la stabilizzazione dei tecnici assunti a termine per il PNRR e l'innalzamento a 1.000 del limite di impignorabilità delle pensioni, c'è l'accordo sul Superbonus, che sblocca la cessione dei crediti andando a limitare la responsabilità solidale. In particolare la modifica prevede che, nella cessione dei crediti, la responsabilità in solido nella cessione dei crediti di bonus edilizi e Superbonus si configuri solo se la violazione viene commessa in concorso "con dolo o colpa grave".
