PARTITE IVA IN FLESSIONE NEL SECONDO TRIMESTRE 2022


Sul sito internet del Dipartimento delle Finanze sono stati pubblicati i dati dell'Osservatorio delle partite Iva relativi al secondo trimestre del 2022, che registrano l'apertura di 125.392 nuove partite Iva, con una flessione del 15,1% rispetto allo stesso periodo del 2021. Considerando l'allentamento delle restrizioni legate alla pandemia da Covid- 19 nel II trimestre 2021 ed il conseguente aumento di aperture di partite Iva, la flessione registrata nello stesso trimestre di quest'anno è da considerarsi normale, spiega il dipartimento delle Finanze. Qualche dato sulle nuove aperture: il 69,6% è stato operato da persone fisiche il 22,5% da società di capitali il 3,1% da società di persone il 5% da "non residenti" (essenzialmente costituiti da società di commercio on-line) e "altre forme giuridiche". A livello territoriale il Nord vede il 45% delle nuove aperture, seguito dal Centro (22,8%) e dal Sud e Isole (31,7%), mentre, se si considerano i dati dal punto di vista del settore produttivo, è il commercio, come di consueto, a registrare il maggior numero di avviamenti di partite Iva con il 18,5% del totale, seguito dalle attività professionali con il 18,2% e dall'edilizia (11%).  Nel secondo trimestre 2022 i soggetti che hanno aderito al regime forfetario è pari al 46,3% del totale delle nuove aperture (58.031), in flessione del 5,6% rispetto allo stesso trimestre del 2021.
