TAX CREDIT CINEMA: ONLINE I NUOVI DECRETI CON L'ELENCO DEI BENEFICIARI


Il Ministero della Cultura (Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo) ha pubblicato sette  decreti direttoriali datati 31 agosto 2022 e riguardanti gli esiti delle istruttorie effettuate sull’ammissibilità delle richieste di tax credit per il settore cinematografico. La pubblicazione costituisce comunicazione di riconoscimento del credito d’imposta, pertanto, gli interessati non riceveranno un'ulteriore notifica via Pec. I decreti, in particolare, riguardano gli esiti delle istruttorie effettuate sull’ammissibilità: delle richieste di tax credit di potenziamento dell’offerta cinematografica relative alla programmazione 2021; delle richieste preventive di credito d’imposta pervenute per la produzione cinematografica, per la produzione tv/web e per le opere di ricerca e formazione; delle richieste definitive di credito d’imposta pervenute per lo sviluppo, la produzione cinematografica, per la produzione tv/web, per la produzione esecutive delle opere straniere e per gli investitori esterni; delle richieste relative all’eleggibilità culturale e alle idoneità al credito d’imposta.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
