5 PER MILLE 2022: ONLINE L'ELENCO PERMANENTE DELLE ONLUS ACCREDITATE


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato l’elenco permanente delle Onlus accreditate per il 2022 e destinatarie della quota del 5 per mille dell’Irpef, che comprende le Onlus già inserite nell’elenco permanente del 2021 e le Onlus regolarmente iscritte nell’anno 2021 in presenza dei requisiti previsti dalla norma, per un totale di 12.458 iscritti.  Gli enti compresi nell’elenco pubblicato, precisano le Entrate, non sono tenuti a ripetere la procedura di iscrizione al 5 per mille per l’anno in corso. E' possibile accedere all'intero elenco o effettuare la ricerca dell'ente per denominazione, codice fiscale e provincia attraverso un apposito motore di ricerca. A seguito della pubblicazione il rappresentante legale dell’ente presente nell’elenco permanente comunica alla Direzione regionale competente le variazioni dei requisiti per l’accesso al beneficio, nei successivi trenta giorni, mediante dichiarazione resa ai sensi del DPR n. 445/2000. In caso di sopravvenuta perdita dei requisiti da parte dell’ente, il rappresentante legale, entro i successivi trenta giorni, sottoscrive e trasmette la richiesta di cancellazione dall’elenco permanente. Qualora il contributo sia stato indebitamente percepito dall’ente in carenza dei requisiti, si applicano le disposizioni dell’articolo 17 del DPCM 23 luglio 2020. Gli elenchi permanenti degli enti della ricerca scientifica e dell’Università, della ricerca sanitaria e delle associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, ricorda infine l'Agenzia ENtrate, sono pubblicati sul sito web di ciascuna amministrazione competente (Ministero dell’Università e della Ricerca, Ministero della Salute e Comitato olimpico nazionale italiano).   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
