CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO PER IL SOSTEGNO DELLE ATTIVITà ECONOMICHE CHIUSE


E’ stato firmato il provvedimento del 29 novembre 2021  per l’erogazione di un nuovo contributo a fondo perduto destinato a ristorare le attività che anche nel 2021 a causa del Covid-19 e delle restrizioni hanno subìto chiusure prolungate (almeno 100 giorni nel periodo tra il 1° gennaio e il 25 luglio 2021, data di entrata in vigore della legge di conversione del decreto “Sostegni-bis”). Con il decreto del ministro dello Sviluppo economico di concerto con il ministro dell’economia e delle finanze del 9 settembre 2021 sono stati determinati i soggetti beneficiari, l’ammontare dell’aiuto e le modalità di erogazione. Al provvedimento sono allegati il modello dell’istanza per la richiesta del contributo e le istruzioni di compilazione. L’istanza telematica può essere presentata tra il 2 dicembre e il 21 dicembre 2021, con predisposizione mediante un software conforme alle specifiche tecniche allegate al provvedimento e trasmissione attraverso il canale telematico Entratel/Fisconline (via desktop telematico).

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
