BONUS EDILIZI: LE PROPOSTE DEL CNDCEC IN AUDIZIONE PARLAMENTARE


Il Consiglio Nazionale dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili, in occasione dell'audizione parlamentare sulla Legge di Bilancio svoltasi il 19 novembre, ha chiesto di prevedere che le spese sostenute per il rilascio del visto di conformità e dell’asseverazione, esteso a tutti i bonus edilizi, rientrino tra le spese detraibili. La proposta, ha spiegato il Consiglio nazionale, è finalizzata a non gravare i contribuenti del costo dei nuovi controlli previsti dal DL 11 novembre 2021, n. 157 in caso di esercizio dell’opzione per la cessione o per lo sconto in luogo delle detrazioni d’imposta relative agli interventi edilizi elencati nel comma 2 dell’articolo 121 del DL n. 34 del 2020. Inoltre, relativamente al Superbonus, il CNDCEC ha chiesto “chiarire espressamente in via normativa che le proroghe previste per i lavori sulle parti comuni condominiali valgono anche per gli interventi “trainati” sulle singole unità immobiliari del condominio, come, ad esempio, la sostituzione delle finestre o della caldaia autonoma dei singoli appartamenti”.
