ORGANIZZARE E GESTIRE LO STUDIO PROFESSIONALE: INIZIATIVA ACEF


Parlare oggi di "organizzazione degli Studi professionali" piuttosto che semplicemente di "organizzazione", o ancor meglio di "governance", ci sembra una forma garbata per indicare in modo distintivo il modello organizzativo dello studio professionale, in effetti per niente diverso da quello dell’azienda. Alla base di un modello organizzativo sostenibile deve esserci una visione condivisa che alimenti strategie compatibili, quindi declinate in obiettivi coerenti. A base delle strategie deve esserci consapevolezza chiara dei propri punti di forza e delle proprie debolezze, dei rischi (anche in ottica Covid-19) che caratterizzeranno le scelte strategiche e operative e delle opportunità che potranno essere colte. Nel corso online organizzato da ACEF Organizzare e gestire lo studio professionale, che si terrà nei giorni 9 e 16 novembre 2021, dalle ore 14:30 alle ore 18:30, imparerete come predisporre un piano strategico – operativo, come introdurre nella realtà dello Studio il concetto di adeguatezza degli assetti organizzativi, amministrativi e contabili e le prassi tipiche del controllo di gestione per passare da una gestione intuitiva delle attività a un governo consapevole del proprio business. Verrà spiegato anche come controllare l’operatività quotidiana in ottica aziendale e come progettare nuovi servizi, o gestire sistematicamente attività consulenziali a valore aggiunto, quali attività caratteristiche della nuova prospettiva professionale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
