AL VIA I PAGAMENTI DEL CONTRIBUTO A FONDO PERDUTO SOSTEGNI-BIS


Con Comunicato Stampa congiunto l'Agenzia Entrate ed il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze informano che sono stati disposti i pagamenti dei contributi a fondo perduto riconosciuti in via automatica dal Decreto Sostegni bis (art. 1 del Dl n. 73/2021) a favore degli operatori economici, colpiti dall'emergenza epidemiologica "Covid-19", già beneficiari del contributo previsto dal primo Decreto Sostegni. Sono 1,77 milioni di bonifici, per un totale di circa 5 miliardi di euro, che, verranno accreditati, senza bisogno di nuove istanze, direttamente sui conti correnti dei soggetti che avevano richiesto e ricevuto l'aiuto previsto dal primo decreto Sostegni.  A questi si aggiungono anche 38mila crediti d'imposta, per circa 166 milioni di euro, che verranno riconosciuti, sempre in via automatica, agli operatori che avevano scelto questa modalità di erogazione. Il contributo spetta esclusivamente ai soggetti con partita Iva attiva al 26 maggio 2021, data di entrata in vigore del decreto Sostegni bis. Le modalità di corresponsione del nuovo contributo sono le stesse che il beneficiario aveva scelto per il precedente. Dunque, chi per il primo contributo a fondo perduto aveva optato per l'erogazione tramite bonifico postale o bancario, il contributo automatico del decreto Sostegni bis verrà accreditato sullo stesso conto corrente bancario o postale. Se, invece, per il precedente contributo si era scelto l'utilizzo in compensazione, anche il nuovo contributo automatico del decreto Sostegni bis sarà riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d'imposta, utilizzabile in compensazione nel modello F24 con l'indicazione del codice tributo 6941 istituito con la risoluzione dell'Agenzia delle Entrate n. 24/E del 12 aprile 2021.   • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
