COVID-19: DAL GOVERNO IL CALENDARIO DELLE "RIAPERTURE"


Il Consiglio del Ministri, nella seduta del 17. maggio 2021, ha approvato un decreto-legge con misure urgenti relative all'emergenza da COVID-19. Il testo, considerando l'andamento della curva epidemiologica e dello stato di attuazione del piano vaccinale, modifica i parametri di ingresso nelle "zone colorate" in modo che assumano principale rilievo l'incidenza dei contagi rispetto alla popolazione complessiva nonché il tasso di occupazione dei posti letto in area medica e in terapia intensiva. Inoltre, il Decreto introduce modifiche rilevanti riguardanti le "zone gialle", che riportiamo di seguito: dall'entrata in vigore del decreto, il divieto di spostamenti dovuti a motivi diversi da quelli di lavoro, necessità o salute, attualmente previsto dalle ore 22.00 alle 5.00, sarà ridotto di un'ora, rimanendo quindi valido dalle 23.00 alle 5.00. A partire dal 7 giugno 2021, sarà valido dalle ore 24.00 alle 5.00. Dal 21 giugno 2021 sarà completamente abolito; dal 1° giugno sarà possibile consumare cibi e bevande all'interno dei locali anche oltre le 18.00, fino all'orario di chiusura previsto dalle norme sugli spostamenti; dal 22 maggio, tutti gli esercizi presenti nei mercati, centri commerciali, gallerie e parchi commerciali potranno restare aperti anche nei giorni festivi e prefestivi; anticipata al 24 maggio, rispetto al 1° giugno, la riapertura delle palestre; dal 1° luglio potranno riaprire le piscine al chiuso, i centri natatori e i centri benessere, nel rispetto delle linee guide e dei protocolli; dal 1° giugno all'aperto e dal 1° luglio al chiuso, sarà consentita la presenza di pubblico, nei limiti già previsti (25 per cento della capienza massima, con il limite di 1.000 persone all'aperto e 500 al chiuso), per tutte le competizioni o eventi sportivi (non solo a quelli di interesse nazionale); dal 22 maggio sarà possibile riaprire gli impianti di risalita in montagna, nel rispetto delle linee guida di settore; dal 1° luglio sale giochi, sale scommesse, sale bingo e casinò potranno riaprire al pubblico; parchi tematici e di divertimento potranno riaprire al pubblico dal 15 giugno, anziché dal 1° luglio; tutte le attività di centri culturali, centri sociali e centri ricreativi saranno di nuovo possibili dal 1° luglio; dal 15 giugno saranno possibili, anche al chiuso, le feste e i ricevimenti successivi a cerimonie civili o religiose, tramite uso della "certificazione verde". Restano sospese le attività in sale da ballo, discoteche e simili, all'aperto o al chiuso; dal 1° luglio sarà nuovamente possibile tenere corsi di formazione pubblici e privati in presenza.
