VOUCHER INTERNAZIONALIZZAZIONE - CONTRIBUTI A FONDO PERDUTO PER LE IMPRESE CHE VOGLIONO FAR CRESCERE IL LORO BUSINESS ALL'ESTERO


Contributi a fondo perduto in favore delle PMI che vogliono vendere all'estero attraverso un Temporary Export Manager (TEM) capace di studiare, progettare e gestire i processi di internazionalizzazione, trasferendo all'impresa competenze e metodo Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ha ufficialmente lanciato il bando Voucher per l'Internazionalizzazione 2017; una opportunità per le imprese che vogliono far crescere il loro business all'estero. Il bando mette a disposizione 26 milioni di euro di contributi a fondo perduto, sotto forma di voucher, proprio con l'obiettivo di sostenere i processi di internazionalizzazione delle PMI italiane che si avvalgono di un Temporary Export Manager (TEM), ovvero di una figura professionale nell'erogazione di servizio svolti a facilitare e sostenere il proprio sviluppo commerciale. Micro, piccole e medie imprese costituite in qualsiasi forma giuridica e Reti di imprese tra PMI che abbiano conseguito un fatturato minimo di 500 mila euro nell'ultimo esercizio contabile. Tale vincolo non sussiste nel caso di Start-up iscritte nella sezione speciale del Registro delle imprese, di cui art. 25 comma 8 L.179/2012. Le imprese interessate potranno presentare la domanda esclusivamente in via telematica a partire dalle ore 10.00 del giorno 28 novembre 2017 alle ore 16.00 del giorno 1 dicembre 2017. Sarà possibile presentare una sola domanda per impresa, che dovrà essere compilata e inoltrata esclusivamente tramite la procedura informatica resa disponibile nella sezione del sito internet del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico. Le agevolazioni concesse si dividono in due diverse tipologie di voucher: voucher "early stage" pari a 10.000 euro di contributo su 13.000 euro di spesa, per contratti semestrali; voucher "advanced stage" pari a 15.000 euro di contributo su 25.000 euro di spesa, per contratti annuali. Per tali beneficiari è prevista la possibilità di incrementare l'importo del contributo di ulteriori 15.000 euro, a fronte del raggiungimento di precisi obiettivi di incremento volumi di vendita all'estero entro marzo 2019. Le imprese dovranno rivolgersi ad una Società fornitrice dei servizi TEM scegliendola tra quelle inserite nell'apposito elenco, che sarà pubblicato sul sito del Ministero entro il giorno 20 dicembre 2017. Possono fare domanda per essere inserite nell'elenco dei soggetti accreditati a fornire, alle imprese beneficiarie del voucher, i servizi di Temporary Export Management a supporto dei processi di internazionalizzazione le società di capitali o i consorzi costituti nella forma giuridica di società di capitali, in possesso di specifici requisiti professionali, come specificati nel decreto direttoriale del 18 settembre 2017. Le domande di inserimento in elenco potranno essere presentate dalle società fornitrici, esclusivamente attraverso procedura informatica, dalle ore 10.00 del 16 ottobre 2017 alle ore 16.00 del 31 ottobre 2017.
