DL. 104 - Credito di imposta per sponsorizzazioni - Associazioni sportive dilettantistiche


Soggetti interessati: imprese professionisti enti non commerciali - che effettuano campagne pubblicitarie (incluse le sponsorizzazioni) a favore di leghe che organizzano campionati nazionali a squadre, società sportive professionistiche e società e associazioni sportive dilettantistiche iscritte al Registro Coni e che svolgono attività giovanile -con ricavi, di cui all'articolo 85, comma 1, lettere a) e b), del DPR 22 dicembre 1986, n. 917, relativi al periodo d'imposta 2019, e comunque prodotti in Italia, almeno pari a 200.000 euro e fino a un massimo di 15 milioni di euro. Le societa' sportive professionistiche e societa' ed associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, oggetto della presente disposizione, devono certificare di svolgere attivita' sportiva giovanile. Sono escluse dalla disposizione le sponsorizzazioni nei confronti di soggetti (società sportive dilettantistiche) che aderiscono al regime previsto dalla legge 16 dicembre 1991, n. 398 (sistema di determinazione forfetaria del reddito e dell'iva - l'associazione si reputa dovrà attestare anche questa condizione). - nel periodo compreso tra il 1° luglio 2020 ed il 31 dicembre 2020 - importo minimo della spese per essere ammessi al beneficio euro 10.000 (da intendersi quale importo complessivo - ad esempio si reputa possa essere ammessa la domanda presentata per n. 4 sponsorizzazioni a 4 enti diversi, ciascuna di 2.500 euro) - pagamenti da effettuarsi con sistema "tracciabile" (preferibilmente con bonifico) - credito di imposta del 50% (nel limite massimo dello stanziamento complessivo di 90 milioni di euro - nel caso in cui le domande superino tale importo il credito di imposta sarà riconosciuto proporzionalmente) - la norma NON prevede che il contributo in questione sia esente da IRPEF/IRES/IRAP - Modalità di fruizione del credito: in compensazione - Stato attuale: Decreto da emanarsi da parte del Presidente del Consiglio dei Ministri su proposta del Ministro per le politiche giovanili e lo sport.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
