DICHIARAZIONE D'INTENTO INTEGRATIVA: ESCLUSO IL CASO DI MODIFICA DEL PLAFOND


Le istruzioni al modello di dichiarazione di intento prevedono che nell'ipotesi in cui, prima di effettuare l'operazione, si intenda rettificare o integrare i dati di una dichiarazione già presentata (ad esclusione dei dati relativi al plafond, indicati nel quadro A), è necessario inviare una nuova dichiarazione, barrando la casella "Integrativa" e indicando il numero di protocollo della dichiarazione che si intende integrare. La dichiarazione integrativa sostituisce la dichiarazione integrata. La Risoluzione 120/E del 22/12/2016 precisa che qualora l'esportatore abituale, nel medesimo periodo di riferimento, voglia acquistare senza Iva per un importo superiore a quello inserito nella dichiarazione d'intento presentata deve produrne una nuova, indicando l'ulteriore ammontare fino a concorrenza del quale si intende continuare ad utilizzare la facoltà di effettuare acquisti senza Iva. Quindi, in tutti i casi in cui un esportatore abituale intenda "rettificare" i dati relativi al plafond precedentemente indicati in una dichiarazione di intento dovrà procedere mediante: la revoca della dichiarazione di intento qualora intenda ridurre l'importo del plafond; l'emissione di una nuova dichiarazione di intento (non integrativa ma nuova) qualora intenda aumentare l'importo del plafond: in quel caso dovrà indicare nella nuova dichiarazione soltanto l'ulteriore ammontare fino a concorrenza del quale si intende continuare ad utilizzare la facoltà di effettuare acquisti senza IVA.

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
