AL VIA I NUOVI ISA


L'Agenzia Entrate con il provvedimento n. 191552 del 22 settembre 2017 ha individuato i primi 70 ISA (Indici Sintetici di Affidabilità) destinati a sostituire gli studi di settore. È stato reso noto che gli altri ISA saranno individuati entro gennaio 2018 e successivamente elaborati nel corso dell'anno, così dal 2018 imprese e professionisti potranno avere un riscontro trasparente della correttezza dei propri comportamenti fiscali attraverso una nuova metodologia statistico-economica che stabilirà il grado (scala da 1 a 10) di affidabilità/compliance. I contribuenti che risulteranno "affidabili" agli ISA dovrebbero beneficiare di alcune agevolazione: in particolare vengono esclusi gli accertamenti di tipo analitico - presuntivo; limitata l'applicazione degli accertamenti basati sulla determinazione sintetica del reddito. E' anche prevista la riduzione dei termini per l'accertamento e l'esonero, entro i limiti previsti, dall'apposizione del visto di conformità per la compensazione dei crediti d'imposta. Infine, è previsto l'esonero dall'apposizione del visto di conformità ovvero dalla prestazione della garanzia per i rimborsi Iva per un importo non superiore a 50mila euro.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
