CERVED: NEL SECONDO TRIMESTRE DELL'ANNO AUMENTANO ANCORA LE LIQUIDAZIONI VOLONTARIE


L'Osservatorio su fallimenti, procedure e chiusure di impresa di Cerved è il report trimestrale che fotografa l'andamento delle uscite dal mercato delle imprese italiane, attraverso l'analisi dei fallimenti, delle procedure concorsuali non fallimentari e delle liquidazioni volontarie. Dal nuovo Osservatorio del secondo trimestre 2019 emerge che nei primi sei mesi del 2019 sono cresciuti i casi di chiusura aziendale, più sensibili alla congiuntura economica, come le liquidazioni volontarie e i concordati preventivi. Prosegue invece il calo dei fallimenti. Tra i mesi di marzo e giugno di quest'anno i dati Cerved mostrano il fallimento di 2.844 imprese, portando il totale di procedure nei primi mesi dell'anno a quota 5.691 società, in calo del 5,1% rispetto allo stesso periodo dell'anno precedente. I miglioramenti hanno riguardato tutte le forme giuridiche e i settori economici ma non tutta la Penisola, con incrementi in diverse regioni italiane: significativi gli aumenti in Sardegna, Abruzzo e Veneto (che blocca la riduzione dei default nel Nord-Est).   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
