NEL 2019 CI SONO 6.500 IMPRESE ARTIGIANE IN MENO!


Sebbene nel secondo trimestre si sia verificata una leggera ripresa, permane il cattivo stato di salute dell'artigianato in Italia. Nei primi 6 mesi di quest'anno lo stock delle imprese artigiane è diminuito di 6.564 unità. Al 30 giugno scorso, il numero complessivo si è attestato a quota 1.299.549. Ad eccezione del Trentino Alto Adige, in tutte le altre regioni italiane il saldo del primo semestre è stato negativo. I risultati più preoccupanti si sono registrati in Emilia Romagna (-761), in Sicilia (-700) e in Veneto (-629). A dirlo è l'Ufficio studi della CGIA. Una moria, quella delle aziende artigiane, che dura ormai da 10 anni. Tra il 2009 e il 2018, infatti, il numero complessivo è sceso di quasi 165.600 unità. Il settore artigiano più colpito dalla crisi è stato l'autotrasporto che negli ultimi 10 anni ha perso 22.847 imprese (- 22,2 per cento). Seguono le attività manifatturiere con una riduzione pari a 58.027 unità (-16,3 per cento) e l'edilizia che ha visto crollare il numero delle imprese di 94.330 unità (-16,2 per cento). "La crisi, il calo dei consumi, le tasse, la mancanza di credito e l'impennata degli affitti - afferma il coordinatore dell'Ufficio studi Paolo Zabeo - sono le cause che hanno costretto molti artigiani a cessare l'attività. E per rilanciare questo settore è necessario, oltre ad abbassare le imposte e ad alleggerire il peso della burocrazia, rivalutare il lavoro manuale. Negli ultimi 40 anni c'è stata una svalutazione culturale che è stata spaventosa. L'artigianato è stato dipinto come un mondo residuale, destinato al declino e per riguadagnare il ruolo che gli compete ha bisogno di robusti investimenti nell'orientamento scolastico e nell'alternanza tra la scuola e il lavoro, rimettendo al centro del progetto formativo gli istituti professionali che in passato sono stati determinanti nel favorire lo sviluppo economico del Paese".
