NEL 2018 OLTRE 19 MILIARDI DI EURO NELLE CASSE DELLO STATO GRAZIE A CONTROLLI FISCALI ED ENTRATE "STRAORDINARIE"


Nel 2018 sono entrati nelle casse dello Stato oltre 16 miliardi di euro derivanti dalle ordinarie attività di controllo (compliance, versamenti diretti e ruoli), con un incremento dell'11% in più rispetto al 2017, a cui si vanno ad aggiungere 3 miliardi euro di entrate "straordinarie" da definizione liti, rottamazione e voluntary. In particolare, relativamente alle attività di controllo, si tratta di somme incassate tramite versamenti diretti (+10%), lettere per la compliance (+38%) e ruoli (+4%), mentre registrano una flessione le entrate derivanti da misure straordinarie, come la definizione delle liti fiscali (-87%), la rottamazione (-41%) e la voluntary disclosure (-25%). Questi in sintesi i dati forniti dall'Agenzia delle Entrate nella pubblicazione "I risultati raggiunti e i servizi offerti nel 2018", e resi noti con il Comunicato Stampa dello scorso 18 marzo. Prosegue anche il percorso di digitalizzazione del Fisco che vede, tra l'altro, i primi risultati dell'applicazione della fatturazione elettronica, "ormai entrata nel vivo e nel quotidiano di milioni di italiani": ad oggi, sono circa 2,7 milioni gli operatori che hanno inviato 350 milioni di e-fatture, con una percentuale di scarto pari al 3,85%. Proprio grazie alle analisi del rischio basate su e-fatture e dati del portale Fatture e corrispettivi, in poco più di due mesi è stato smascherato un complesso sistema di frodi messo in atto attraverso false fatturazioni tra società cartiere e sono stati scoperti e bloccati falsi crediti Iva per 688 milioni di euro.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
