ATTIVITà DI VIGILANZA IN MATERIA DI "INTERMEDIAZIONE ILLECITA E SFRUTTAMENTO DEL LAVORO": LE LINEE GUIDA DELL'INL


L'Ispettorato Nazionale del Lavoro ha emanato le "Linee guida per l'attività di vigilanza in materia di "intermediazione illecita e sfruttamento del lavoro", con l'obbiettivo di fornire un contributo alle attività di indagine svolte dal personale ispettivo, che dovrà comunque tenere conto delle eventuali diverse indicazioni fornite dalle competenti Procure della Repubblica, sia sugli elementi utili alla configurazione del reato, sia sulle metodologie per l'acquisizione dei relativi elementi di prova. Trattasi infatti, si legge nella Circolare n. 5/2019, di attività di polizia giudiziaria che, fatta salva una prima fase di indagine, va svolta in stretto coordinamento con le competenti Procure e i Carabinieri del Comando per la tutela del lavoro. Il documento, in particolare, si sofferma sugli elementi costituitivi della fattispecie di reato di cui all'art. 603 bis c.p. e sulle modalità di svolgimento dell'attività investigativa che garantisca una corretta acquisizione dei relativi elementi di prova.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
