E' ONLINE IL PORTALE DEDICATO AL REDDITO DI CITTADINANZA: DOMANDE DAL 6 MARZO


Con il Comunicato Stampa del 4 febbraio 2019 il Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali ha informato che è attivo il nuovo portale www.redditodicittadinanza.gov.it, dedicato alla nuova misura, varata dal Consiglio dei Ministri il 17 gennaio scorso, che mira a rilanciare l'occupazione, contrastare la disuguaglianza e l'esclusione sociale, garantire il diritto al lavoro, alla formazione e all'istruzione. Qual è il percorso da seguire per ottenere il Reddito di cittadinanza E' necessario innanzitutto presentare la domanda tramite il portale dedicato o, in alternativa, presso gli uffici postali o i Centri di Assistenza Fiscale (CAF); Entro 10 giorni dalla ricezione della domanda l'Inps procederà alla verifica dei requisiti e, in caso positivo, riconoscerà il beneficio, che sarà erogato tramite la Carta Rdc emessa da Poste Italiane. Sarà quindi comunicato in quale ufficio postale sarà possibile irritare la Carta; Entro 30 giorni dal riconoscimento del Reddito di Cittadinanza il cittadino verrà convocato dal Centro per l'Impiego per sottoscrivere un Patto per il Lavoro, iniziando così un percorso personalizzato di inserimento lavorativo o formazione. L'offerta di lavoro sarà in linea con il curriculum e all'interno di un preciso raggio chilometrico dalla residenza del beneficiario: nei primi 12 mesi la prima offerta di lavoro potrà arrivare entro 100 km o 100 minuti di viaggio. Se viene rifiutata, la seconda offerta potrà arrivare entro 250 km e se anche questa viene rifiutata, la terza offerta potrà arrivare da tutta Italia; dopo il primo anno, la prima offerta potrà arrivare entro i 250 km (come la seconda), mentre la terza da tutta Italia; dopo i 18 mesi tutte le offerte potranno arrivare da tutto il territorio nazionale. Per le famiglie con persone disabili, le offerte di lavoro non potranno mai superare i 250 km di distanza. Sono previsti benefici per le imprese che assumono i beneficiari del Reddito di cittadinanza a tempo pieno e indeterminato e per i beneficiari del Reddito di cittadinanza che avviano attività imprenditoriali. Da quando è possibile presentare la domanda I cittadini potranno fare domanda del RdC a partire dal 6 marzo. Nel frattempo, sarà possibile: fare richiesta dell'ISEE presso i CAF; richiedere SPID (Sistema Pubblico di Identità Digitale) indispensabile per fare la domanda online.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
