DECRETO-LEGGE "SEMPLIFICAZIONE": APPROVATE MISURE IN MATERIA DI LAVORO, SVILUPPO ECONOMICO E SALUTE


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 23 del 15 ottobre scorso, ha approvato un decreto-legge "Semplificazione" che introduce disposizioni per la deburocratizzazione in tema di lavoro, sviluppo economico e tutela della salute. In particolare, tra le misure previste per il LAVORO, il Decreto contiene disposizioni in materia di: CIGS per riorganizzazione o crisi aziendale - si consente la proroga degli ammortizzatori sociali per il 2018 e 2019 per le imprese con più di 100 dipendenti, che abbiano problemi occupazionali. La cassa integrazione può essere concessa per 12 mesi per riorganizzazione aziendale e sei mesi per il caso di crisi; trattamento di mobilità in deroga - il trattamento di mobilità in deroga è concesso per 12 mesi a favore di quei lavoratori che hanno cessato o cessano la mobilità ordinaria o in deroga dal 22 novembre 2017 al 31 dicembre 2018 a condizione che a questi lavoratori siano applicate misure di politica attiva. La stessa misura si applica ai i lavoratori dell'area di Termini Imerese e Gela che godono di tale trattamento dal 2016. riforma della governance dell'Agenzia nazionale per il lavoro (Anpal); abolizione del libro unico del lavoro; semplificazione del rapporto biennale del personale; semplificazione in materia di imprese dello spettacolo; semplificazione del deposito dei contratti collettivi; semplificazione in materia di appalti; semplificazione della gestione separata.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
