ASSISTENZA FISCALE CONTRIBUENTI CHE HANNO PRESENTATO IL MODELLO 730/4: ONLINE L VERIFICA DELLE RISULTANZE CONTABILI


Con il Messaggio n. 3459 del 21 settembre 2018 l'Inps informa che i contribuenti che hanno presentato il modello 730/4, indicando l'INPS come sostituto d'imposta per l'effettuazione dei conguagli fiscali, possono verificare le risultanze contabili inviate all'Istituto dal soggetto che ha gestito la dichiarazione ed i relativi esiti, tramite l'apposito servizio online, denominato "Assistenza fiscale (730/4): servizi al cittadino". In particolare, il servizio consente ai contribuenti la consultazione dei seguenti dati: avvenuta ricezione delle risultanze contabili, con il dettaglio dei relativi importi, nonché la denominazione del soggetto che ha effettuato l'invio; conferma che le risultanze contabili verranno gestite sulle prestazioni istituzionali sul presupposto della sussistenza del rapporto di sostituzione con l'INPS o, in caso contrario, diniego con conseguente restituzione; trattenute o rimborsi effettuati mensilmente sulle prestazioni erogate dall'INPS, in applicazione delle risultanze del modello 730. Inoltre, il servizio permette effettuare online la richiesta di annullamento e di variazione della seconda rata d'acconto IRPEF o cedolare secca nei termini previsti dalla normativa vigente, dunque entro il 30 settembre 2018.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
