ROTTAMAZIONE-QUINQUIES: ULTIMA CHIAMATA. DOMANDA ENTRO IL 30 APRILE


Ultimi giorni per aderire alla definizione agevolata delle cartelle.  C?"è tempo fino al 30 aprile per presentare la domanda di adesione alla cosiddetta Rottamazione-quinquies, la nuova edizione della definizione agevolata dei carichi affidati all?"Agente della riscossione. La misura, che introduce alcune novità rispetto alle precedenti versioni, richiede una valutazione attenta sia da parte dei contribuenti sia dei professionisti, in considerazione delle diverse condizioni di accesso e delle esclusioni previste. Possono essere oggetto di definizione i debiti affidati all?"Agente della riscossione nel periodo compreso tra il 1° gennaio 2000 e il 31 dicembre 2023, relativi a: imposte dichiarate e non versate; contributi previdenziali dovuti all?"INPS (con esclusione di quelli derivanti da accertamento); sanzioni amministrative, incluse quelle per violazioni del Codice della strada. L?"adesione è consentita anche ai contribuenti decaduti da precedenti rottamazioni. Restano invece esclusi i debiti già inseriti nella Rottamazione-quater per i quali, alla data del 30 settembre 2025, risultano regolarmente pagate tutte le rate. Modalità di presentazione della domandaLa richiesta deve essere trasmessa entro la scadenza del 30 aprile 2026, scegliendo una delle seguenti modalità: accesso all?"area riservata del sito dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione, dove sono già selezionati i carichi definibili; compilazione dell?"apposito form disponibile in area pubblica. L?"Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione ha inoltre messo a disposizione una sezione informativa dedicata, con istruzioni operative e materiali di supporto per i contribuenti interessati.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
